OUR SURVEY
The purpose of OYSO is to better understand behaviors, attitudes and perceptions related to alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use among teens ages 15-18, living in Oregon. The information teens provide will be used to help inform and improve public health education and prevention efforts for Oregon teens. Those who participate will receive a gift card via email.

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), a statewide agency that oversees the Oregon Health Plan, Healthy Kids and other statewide health programs, has partnered with Market Decisions Research (MDR), an independent research firm to conduct this survey.
MDR has done similar studies in several states and respects participants' confidentially and privacy.
